Self help book nowadays are very famous concept which help you to be better or develop your personality. yes we can consider this book as self help culture because when you open the book you first found the activity before you start read the novel which helps you to be better understand the book which can be consider as self help book. 

Anti American:-

When you read the book you can find portrayal of America or you can say call centre it self made for Americans help but they very often misbehave with the persons who works in call centre. We can find this in story also that customers are misbehaving with them, but in the character of Vroom we can find that he has that spirit of nationalism and also fight for that and speak out also. they also work as America's time not India's. their names also given as American have.

Cyberpunk:-

There are use of cyberpunk you can find that when you minutely read that. when Vroom Shaym for saving their jobs incert one virus then for solving that they use cyberpunk. and also they are who work in call centre not all are master of technology they only know good English they also use internet for searching their problem and then they solve the problems of the customers.

Narrative structure of the Nove:-

 Chetan Bhagat also use the narrative structure and the make prologue and epilogue Prologue means staring of book and epilogue means ending of book. His narrative style  is vey interasting because Kanhpur to Dilhi travelling, and then beautiful lady come  and then  she say story about one night in call center and her one condition that Bhagat write book about this story and Bhagat agree and then she say story and then last she go without introduced herself that is more  interasting in novel and narrative structure.
