Movie Review: Uri : The surgical Strike






 On 10 Feb, students of English department went to watched movie Uri the surgical strikes written and directed by Aditya Dhar in his debut, and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under the banner of RSVP Movies.

terrorists attacks in Uri, surprisingly they enters in military camp and shoots our army means, so India plans to gives answer with surgical strikes.

In the film, Para SF military major vihaan Singh sherglil leads the operation of the Indian army - 2016 The Surgical strikes. he is trains all commandos. He is full of v confidence, positive, brave, rebelliousand excellent in planning but without help of eshan( lvan Sylvester rodrigues), who makes machine looks like grud ( eagle type). By help of this machine Indian army able to see all activities of terrorist in Pakistan.

Manish chodhary and rukshar's characters also played vital role, without their help mission can't be successful because at the last movement they gives information to Govind Bhardwaj ( Paresh Rawal) that Pakistan army came to know about their plan so vihan suddenly changes the plan and finally they wins and mission Uri the surgical strikes became successful.

In film we also find feminism in characters of yami Gautam (officer) and Kirti kulhari ( pilot ). By this two characters we can say that women's are not only emotional full but they also be like soldiers.

This movie gives an enthralling experience and leaves us with ' High Josh'!, Salute to our soldiers and their brave families.

Film Screening Of Sense and Sensibility

            Today we have movie screening of sense and sensibility this story written by Jane Austen and directed by Ang Lee in 1995. This is the story of  Dashwood sisters. in this story two main character who represent  the title " Sense and Sensibility"  Elinor and Marianne. Elinor was very practical girl and Marianne was very emotional and sensitive.Their father Henry Dashwood just died and than all power and property goes to his stepbrother hand and john not do anything for his stepmother and sisters. he was already wealthy because he  has fortune from his mother and he also married to wealthy fenny ferras in which fanny's brother, Edward comes to stay and he attracted towards Elinor. Marianne and her mother expect her choies but Elinor not sure because fanny dislike her. Here we see practical thinking of Elinor.
