Post - Truth






 Everyone have their different point of view about Truth. Here we discuss the word ' POST-TRUTH'.

       Post truth is a new word , it has been chosen as the word of the year in 2016 by 'Oxford English Dictionary'. Post Truth is mixture of two words. 

Meaning:- 
 
 We see in the media that how they hide the reality of people so people is live in some kind of ignorance but in the real life but it is not truth.

Truth is always about that exist or we can say the facts which are there. On the other hand post truth is ‘‘created truth’. the famous  phrase about truth is ‘’universal truth’’. But POST-TRUTH is an individual truth  which one believes and when that person convince others to accept the same belief by force or in a very polite way, and if people accept that as something  ‘real’ or ‘true’, it is not. 
In short the repetition of the thing which is not true but its constantly repetition make the thing true in front of people but actually it's not true. For example : The advertisements of television, politician. 


Sometimes News Channel are also  showing not real or truth news but with the repetition of words and the way presenting the things and the confidence make it real and effective that people believing that it is reality but in real sense it is not truth. so we can say it is post truth.

Film Screening Of Sense and Sensibility

            Today we have movie screening of sense and sensibility this story written by Jane Austen and directed by Ang Lee in 1995. This is the story of  Dashwood sisters. in this story two main character who represent  the title " Sense and Sensibility"  Elinor and Marianne. Elinor was very practical girl and Marianne was very emotional and sensitive.Their father Henry Dashwood just died and than all power and property goes to his stepbrother hand and john not do anything for his stepmother and sisters. he was already wealthy because he  has fortune from his mother and he also married to wealthy fenny ferras in which fanny's brother, Edward comes to stay and he attracted towards Elinor.
